Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the hosted Aggregate service at aggregate.finance. By using it, you agree to them. The service is offered by Yisrael Gottlieb, doing business as Aggregate ("we"), 1401 Pennsylvania Ave, Wilmington, DE 19806-4124, USA.

What Aggregate is

Aggregate shows the money of your companies in one place and lets you, and AI tools you connect, keep records. It reads data from the services you connect. It never moves money. It can't pay, transfer, trade or contact anyone for you.

Not financial advice

Aggregate shows numbers computed from your data. It is not financial, tax, legal or investment advice, and it doesn't replace an accountant. Check important numbers before acting on them. Numbers are only as accurate as the data your banks and services send.

Your account

AI tools

AI tools you connect act within the access you grant, and their providers' terms apply to them. Records an AI adds are labeled and can be undone for 30 days, but you are responsible for what you ask an AI to do.

Acceptable use

Don't use Aggregate to:

We may suspend accounts that do. We'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it, except when we must act right away to protect people, data or the service.

Price

Aggregate is free during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell workspace owners at least 30 days before, and nobody is charged without agreeing to a plan.

The service is provided "as is"

We work to keep Aggregate available and correct, but we provide the hosted service "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Connections can break and data can arrive late or wrong, so check important numbers against the source before acting on them. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop at any time and delete your workspace in Preferences. We may end the service with 30 days' notice, during which you can export everything.

Open source

The Aggregate software is licensed under the GNU AGPL v3. These terms cover the hosted service, not your right to use the code under that license.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and tell workspace owners by email before a material change takes effect.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
